Cancellation Process
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to contact@snowsuet.com.
Eligibility for Cancellation
You may cancel your order only if the digital product has not yet been delivered or downloaded.
Requests made after the product is sent or accessed are not eligible for cancellation.
Requests received within 12 hours of purchase and before delivery will be reviewed and processed.
Requests made after 12 hours will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but approval is not guaranteed.
Refunds
If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 2–3 business days for the refund to process.
No-Change Window
Once a digital order has been processed and delivered, no changes or cancellations can be made.
Please review your order carefully before confirming.
