1 Digital-Only Delivery

3 Situations Eligible for Review
A refund or replacement may be approved when:
- Non-delivery – Our system fails to send your product and our support team cannot provide it within the promised timeframe.
- Invalid code – The code we supplied is unusable or shows as already redeemed (verified by our team).
- Technical fault on our side – A server or file error prevents you from downloading the product.
